Wurlitzer Sounds was recorded around the end of January beginning if February 2019 with our good friend Bean from Dü Pig, the meat of it was recorded in our back alley rehearsal room over a miserable and rainy weekend and the vocals were recorded in Dan and Natalie's kitchen with the pantry serving as a makeshift reversal room.

It's a more stripped down and raw sounding album than the last few releases. Most of the songs on the album were songs we had been playing live and still make up a lot of our current set. Our friend Kev Chumps who had just finished producing our Lost Sessions EP mastered it for us.

We released a run of 50 CDs, but weren't happy with the mixes as they sounded a bit harsh so Bean remixed the album and those new mixes are the ones on here.

The front cover was designed and photographed by our friend Jody Guest and was a take on the Sonics album "Here Are the Sonics" the title was taken from a line off one of the songs on the album "What They're Made Of" . Big D did the comic illustrations in the inlay card
